READYCOMMUNITIES PARTNERSHIP
National Service and Sacrifice Awards Since 2007, Recognizing America’s First Responders
Since 2007, the National Service and Sacrifice Awards program of the ReadyCommunities Partnership, a project of the Corporate Crisis Response Officers Association, has recognized citizen, volunteer, and career responders for their commitment and acts of service – particularly in the first 72 hours of a large-scale or national crisis - or their ultimate sacrifice to preserve and protect America’s communities.
Past awardees have been acknowledged at ReadyCommunities Partnership events including the National Congress for Secure Communities in Washington, DC (2007); the ReadyCommunities Partnership Military Base and Port Community Resiliency Symposiums at the Port of New Orleans (2013) and at the Port of Long Beach (2014) and other ceremonies.
